TickTockMaths keeps account data deliberately small. This notice describes the v2 account system currently being prepared for launch.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive the basic identity information needed to create and recognise your TickTockMaths account, such as your provider account identifier, email address and display name. TickTockMaths does not receive or store your Google or Microsoft password.
We also store settings you choose in TickTockMaths. When cloud calendar syncing is enabled, scheduled TickTockMaths lesson references and dates will be stored against your account. The planner is not intended for pupil names, pupil records or other pupil personal data.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, provide account features, remember your preferences and, when enabled, keep your TickTockMaths lesson calendar available across devices.
Who processes it
Authentication is provided through Google or Microsoft and brokered by Supabase. Supabase will also provide the account database. These services process data according to their own terms and our configuration of them.
Retention and your rights
Account information will be retained while your TickTockMaths account remains active and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required, subject to any legal obligations. Before public launch we will publish the final retention rules and a direct account-deletion route.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights over your personal data including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Before public launch
This alpha notice still needs the final data-controller identity and contact details, lawful basis for each processing purpose, production hosting region, confirmed retention periods, international-transfer information and privacy contact. Those details will be completed before real public accounts are opened.
